Sorry for another Honda question, but here goes. The head gasket is made of three stamped steel sheets with no fiber material or anything with any give to it, nor that soft rubbery coating that's on most of the new felpro gaskets. Just three sheets of shim stock with a mil or two of paint on the outside ones. It wasn't obvious where the old gasket was leaking. There's no obvious scratches or damage to the head or block. I can't see any cracks in the head and I don't have a good machinist's straightedge to check accurately for warpage.

Should I use copper-coat on this? I've always used copper-coat spray on head gaskets with good results, but I've never had to deal with a steel-shim type before. If you say it can't hurt, I'll use it, but maybe it's a no-no with this type.
