WC-12 windshield supports

Hi all,

I have a WC-12, and I have been trying to find out what was used to keep the windshield open. As best I can understand that it was not a regulator mechanism in the center, but locking arms on either side? Does anyone have a picture or reference? My Dodge army repair manual doesn't have a good picture, and there isn't anything in my cab except long oval holes in the pillars.

Any pointers would be helpful.
