Dis-connect fuel line at carb and crank engine over - do you get a strong fuel flow? If not, the problem is to do with the pump or the fuel line back to tank, possibly sucking air somewhere. If you have good fuel flow at the carb end, then the problem is at the carb, if the float is set wrong it can stop the needle opening, so no fuel to carb.
