Go to your local steel recycler or a place that sells shorts. The front piece is a standard sized angle iron. All you need for the other piece is a short piece of steel tube and a piece of all thread and washers and nuts.
Neither is hard to make. I made a new front piece for mine after the one I bought from VPW was not drilled correctly. I did some careful measurements, made good deep punch marks and clamped it my vice and drilled a pilot hole for each and then stepped up through bit sizes. A good drill press would have made a real easy job.
