Any log in info. will be lost.
But you should clear them all at least a couple times a year.
I do a partial every other forum refresh.
I do a hard disk defrag and and disk clean up once a month.
I'm running Windows.
Not sure how/what Mac calls it.
I think you use Mac?
It's worth it from time to time to get rid of junk on the disk.
I'm no expert either and like everything else I do is self taught.
It does make it run better.
