Yes, sure is looking good. But tell us more more about the siding and your decision to go with the ship-lap rather than board and batten.
Was it for the appearance, or is it a better tighter fit, or easier to make it measure up and make it balanced at the doors and corners. or ?? What is the width and thickness of the boards? I don't know whether it is a very common practice or not but I have often thought it would be worth while to put several relief saw cuts up the back side of the boards to help prevent cupping.
