Sounds like we are at the same point on our trucks. I unbolted my cabmouts from the frame and moved them up as high as I could. This lifted the cab about 4" higher than normal. This allowed me tohave enough room to install a power booster and MC with out having a clearance or heat issue. Sorry, I'd send some pictures but I can't figure it out on my computer, however I can text you some.
