Don't forget some other early WDX features. The very first ones didn't come with cowl lights and some didn't come with the Power Wagon letters on the hood (Like the truck in Dave's picture) until the Spring of 1946. My dad has a 1946 without the cowl lights but has the black-out handles and POWER WAGON letters on the hood.
