Looks good. When you put the extensions on the twisting forces will be transferred to the winch and bumper. If there's room behind the winch, I would add an extra crossmember, even a piece of 1/4" flat on its edge and welded inside across the frame rails. Can possibly send you a picture of how I did mine, but probably not enough room for winch.
