we need tort reform and loser pays processes put into practice. if you have a legitimate suit, or were actually aggrieved in some way, then often a lawsuit has merit. if a lawyer working on a contingency basis, had to post a bond covering costs and penalties in the event of a loss, they would not be inclined to take BS cases.
