Power Steering and Original Steering wheel

Who here has driven a Power Wagon / WC etc with a full size original steering wheel but the truck now has a PS box in it? I am scatter brained on how I can do the interior of my Carryall. I want to try and blend things as best as possible and the more I look at an OEM WC53 interior, the more I want my truck to just be a "repower and suspension upgrade" and not turn it into that shiny thing that Legacy built recently. I can only hide but so much of the drivetrain and suspension components but the interior, and body panels, etc...

So the real question.. how odd does the truck drive? My steering box is 4 turns lock-lock but the throw on the axle is limiting it to about 3.5 turns lock to lock. With a big factory steering wheel and essentially 11R16 Michelins (XML flavor though)... is the truck going to float like a big boat going down the road? Obviously toe and caster will play into this. My 4 link suspension has my caster cranked way back so things should actually feel pretty tight...

Thoughts and experiences? Be nice please.
