as i said to daryl it is not crossover side to side --just that the pitman arm will swing horizontally linked to the stock drag link via a ffpw tie rod end having been swung to the forward position

as i said it appears you could do crossver with this box also

maybe swap the the steering knuckles upside down or left and right so the tie rod would be in the front of the axle and drill another hole in it for the cross over tie rod

but that may not be necessary as the box would work behind the axle with a crossover tie rod to the stock tie rod with a reamed eye welded onto the stock tie rod

oh the possiblilities-----lolol

in all seriousness i think i like this box, seems to be very versatile and both toyota and nissan use this style not to mention mitsubishi izuzu etc.

for those that don t like using jap stuff on your ff--keep in mind that these are u.s. made boxes or bare minimum u.s. manufacturer design as far as i can tell---can anyone confirm who makes these boxes--all of the rebuilders (cardone) etc. sell them and the housings look the same to me and the only thing that changes per aplication is the output shaft position
