Custom License plates for answers don't always work either. I tried that with my '65 Mustang. Tag was ALXS 65 with a frame around it that said 1965 Mustang.. and still people asked what year.

For my Carryall I am thinking about getting a custom tag that is either 42 WC53... I've even found that NOT-AJP is a available for custom tags in my state right now too. I doubt the Carryall will be mistaken for a Jeep as often as some of the other Military trucks, but its already been called a Jeep while sitting in my shop in pieces.

I have a friend that is suggesting I get a more "original" tag but I honestly am planning on driving my truck a lot of places when its done so I want to try to minimize the "question delay" as much as possible. I guess I have to practice my conversation enders. Easiest thing I learned with the Mustang was pretending I couldn't hear whatever was being said, nodding, waving and driving away.. I guess I'm a mean guy but sometimes when you are late, you are late!
