Unless someone else can produce data to the contrary.....the w205 is the lowest production 4x4 pg model they made. If you look at any other aftermarket conversion......they all use a w100 w200 w300 w500 The fact that its on a little mo....doesn't matter. The fact that Eric can't figure out why dodge did it doesn't matter either. I called New York fire dept..they have a 58 lil mo. W205.....I have a lil mo 59. W205......Keith. Has a 1960 lil mo W205. It's not a misprint. I can understand if you find the vehicle to be of little value...that's not what I was establishing. It's an official model number. I submit that it is the lowest production pg 4x4. If you can prove otherwise....be my guest. As far a wishing for models that don't exist...knock yourself out. But it's not Germaine to this discussion. Mine does have the corp 60 in the back...not a 70. My bad. It sure would be fun to find out why dodge created the W205 model number...but not necessary. It exists. And considering the only people who would (could?) buy one were airports and fire stations. How many we're there in 57-60 in the u.s.a.?? What percentage bought one? Half? Not a chance.... 1/16 th? Who knows... But I did discuss this briefly with Eric b. once. He guesstimated 20-30 were made. Ok..lets say that's somewhat accurate. Eliminate 5 of those for Eric's pics..plus a few more for the ones he knows we're converted to pickups and the fire equip. Junked... That's 12-21 trucks. How about wrecked rotted or crushed..another 5....now it's 7-16 trucks. A 59 w300 v8 has 99.... Even if every little mo survived..that's less than half....and the little mo numbers are spread over 4 years. If you want to get specific on years..the number probably drops to single digits on a couple of years. Seems like it should be listed on the registry with a separate model number..not lumped in with the other w200's. it's the rarest pg 4x4 they made...and there are actual examples we can use to validate this.
