Take a look at the classified page on this web site as well as ebay to get a feel for the price range these are selling for.
When my mom sold her car, she did not accept the highest offer, but opted to sell it for less to a person she knew would care for the car. She even went and visited the house before the sale to make sure it would be kept in a comfy garage.
It sounds like there is still an emotional attachment to this truck. I would urge you to keep the truck, use this forum for information and guidence. If you still want to sell, maybe a close friend of the family or neighbor would buy and restore it.
If you want the truck to be cared for, sell it on this forum. If you want the highest price, sell it on ebay with your lowest acceptable price as a reserve, make sure to post it also on this forum. Post pictures of all angles of the truck and include descr1ptions of any rusted or damaged areas. Include status of glass, tires, engine, interior, guages, brakes, drive train, bed, tailgate, lights, paint, cab.
