Have new front springs built with 4-5 leaves of 0.320" and enough free arch to sit about 1-1.5" higher than stock. 4 leaves with a light transplant like a small block V6/V8 and no winch, 5 leaves with stock motor and winch.
A good spring shop should have no problem doing it. If still too stiff with 5 leaves have them remove the bottom one and arch the reat so loaded height is the same.
Also get a set of Monroe truck and bus shocks with 1" eyes to match the extended and compressed lengths. They exist. These are NOT light truck/SUV shocks.
Again, a good spring shop should be a great help. If really desperate go to work on the rear, but do the front 1st.
