Depending on condition it could be worth a significant amount. Unrestored complete, rust free truck with winch is easily worth better than 5K. If I were you, I would not be in too much of a hurry to unload it if you don't have to. Take your time, look over the ads in this page and talk to people. Perhaps you should hang onto it for your offspring to cherish. I would have loved it if I inherited a PW especially from someone I loved.
