The hubs are rotated for dual rear wheels. Did you get them? This should be an M211 series truck. The M135 had larger single tires.

By hubs being set for dualies, the bolt face is way inboard of the end of the hub. For single wheel operation, the bolt face should be close to the end of the hub. You can switch this around on a Reo M35 and I believe the GMC can be switched in the same manner. The M211 used 10 9.00x20 tires and the M135 used six 11.00x20 tires. All shop trucks I've seen used dual rear wheels and 9.00x20 tires.

In fact, a fairly recent Military Vehicle Magazine issue (late last year) had an article on changing these around.
