David, in addition to my last posting, its good to know the milage of the transport when you call. You can find a valid figure using http://www.mapquest.com
Follow the prompts, keying in your origin & destination city/state and it spits out milage (and directions). Again, Good Luck and feel free to email with any questions. I just went through the transport game and am currently waiting for my PW to arrive in CO from CA.
