I e-mailed the seller to question the listing in the info box "other title". His response is the title is in his brother's name but a pink slip has not been isssued for it yet, since the ID numbers are not verified. I'm not familiar with Calif.MV regs., but it sounds like this PW has an open, not executed title? Anybody in Calif., familiar with the title/tag process, especially if this PW goes to another state?
