No tire machine. It helps to have the special pry bar that fits into the slot on the ring. I got one at Harbor Freight.
Be careful. Use a cage or chain. Remotely inflate the tire.
The ring must be in good shape and 100 percent seated before inflation.
Probably a job best left to a tire-pro.
