No ideas on the WA-1 carb adjustment?

Maybe my question got buried at the bottom of the new forum. This carb appears to have an adjustable jet, accessible from under the removable cover over the "anti-percolation valve". It's not an idle mixture adjustment. Is it the main jet? Can anyone tell me how to adjust it? I couldn't find anything on-line. Any information about the "anti-percolation" valves would be good too. It's a weird carburetor compared to anything else I've worked on.
