Switching from 251 to a 230 motor

I bought a 1965 WM300 but the 251 is stuck pretty bad. The guy has a newly rebuilt 230 motor sitting in his shed that he wants to sell. Would it take alot to switch the 230 in for the 251??? How would that work with using the original transmission from the 1965 truck?? Thanks for the help
