Maybe parallel flows ? This is why my question if anyone had a fluid flow diagram on the Watco 303HC or possibly another Watco in the 3 ton range.
Without a fluid flow diagram, its really shooting in the dark as to what is happing inside the casting.
I flushed it twice and blew it out prior to assembly. But maybe there is still a blocked passage from the deteriorated piston seal. A flow diagram woudl help prove that.
I doubt such a diagram exists on a jack this old, my guess 1950's/1960's
