I've seen mention of a special generator, used in the early days of auto A/C, that had the shaft run out the back end with a pulley on it for driving an A/C compressor. I have a vague memory of a picture of one. Not sure how common they are, but it would be another option.

Short of that, I'd be inclined to make/buy a double pulley for the generator and run the AC off a belt from that, rather than trying to put 3 belts on the crank. Either that or try running the compressor and generator or compressor and fan off the same belt. If you want, there are tables and formulas that let you calculate how much wrap you need of a belt around a pulley to transmit X amount of torque. Or you can just tack something together temporarily and see how it works.
