I didn't say they were happily making 20-30k in Kansas. I was just stating to Sterling that people here are making that kind of money and paying the costs he is talking about paying in texas here. People and business here are struggling with the costs ov everything. I doubt theres 10 houses in my county that are million dollar houses. 250grand will get you something very fancy and outside of town.
