Very early model by the hitch casting.
Tailgate w/ wide flanges means civvy, which also has stake pockets and NO brakes. I'm not sure the civvy had the drain.
Mine needs a new floor, I'll go the the junkyard and cut the bottom out of a van to get something like the OE corrugations.
Restored, the things are going for $5K.
