Figure out what those two shards came from. You do not want to take it out again. I had a couple pieces fall out of my clutch. A rebuilt clutch didc with 500 miles on it came apart. Put a new clutch disk in. DC has NOS ones. When you tightened the bolts on the clutch pressure plate did you tighten each bolt just a little working around the clutch plate as you rotate it. If you tightened each bolt all the way the first time you can warp yor break your clutch plate. You did not mention it but did you use a clutch disk centering tool as you righted up the clutch plate.
