Not a bumper but I use I use a Rhino hitch step on my 69 w300 it is down low enough to keep some rice burner from running under me and it helps to get in the bed. I did not have a photo of the one on my truck but attached a computer image. I can get one if someone would like to see it on the truck.
The problem is you 1st need to install a receiver
