When using a standard driveshaft you need to phase the yokes to close to the same angles. If you don't severe vibrations will occur and start doing things you don't want.

I'd highly suggest going with a CV rear driveshaft to avoid all of this. I reindexed my rear diff to ease the angle there used a slip to take up the suspension movement. Do it and take the guess work out of it.
