The visor is just a piece of hardboard stapled to the metal tack strip with a piece of vinyl wrapped around it. If you could get a template from someone for the hardboard, an upholstery shop can add the vinyl.
The arm rests are pretty hard to come by in good shape. Maybe, the upholstery shop can fix yours.
