Most of the ones sourced from USA would have been converted to rhd and there might be 10 survivors. The Australian built ones were all rhd and there might be 10 survivors, mine is being built rhd using an Oz cabin, the crewcab in the link has recently arrived in Brisbane and is lhd. There might be 50 or so total in Australia and most would be rhd.
