Just that once you get the speed matching down, the clutch isn't used to do the matching, so lasts for eternity. Likewise, the syndchrosm which do the heavy lifting on speed matching.
History of that truck/clutch: Bought new in '72 F250 w/ 360, T18 granny. Warped the flywheel at 50K, so installed a new disc etc. Swapped in a fresh 428 Cobra Jet at 100K, reused the 50k old disc. Finger broke in pressure plate at 200K, so 150K on disc. Sold truck at 250K, tranny was never opened up.
