I used to shift a lot without the clutch on my Toyota Celica. Yes, I used to drive a Toyota Celica when I was young and in college and single (and stupid). Used to talk with all the truckers on the CB on long trips, had the CB lingo down. Soon to be known as since my little Celica was green as "The Green Grunt". Point is I messed up my tranny since it was synchro and synchros like to be clutched. But the mess up came at about 125,000 miles.
