Hi Gordon: I sent you the image you posted at the top of this thread, the front left 3/4 view of the VF 407 ambulance. It's a mighty handsome truck! But I do not have the image you are seeking, the rear interior view of the VF ambulance with its doors open. Your source was probably someone who bought that rear view photo from Jon Zentmyer over two decades ago. Keep searching and seeking, it may turn up one day. I hope you find it.
