I always ave my old parts until the new ones get running.

It's not a boat motor, so we can eliminate a bucket full coming in through the carb.

I suppose it was hot when parked Friday? Cooling system pressure pushed water though the bad head gasket into cylinder.

Or maybe head is warped, let one end leak?

Or poorly torqued?
