Last night i worked on the passenger side knuckle, shimming it to get the correct preload. It took 9 thin shims but finally got the preload right. Tonight i am going to do the drivers side. I also sent of my motor mount to VPW and they are going to get my mount re-laminated. It wasn't torn but I've replaced everything else. Motor freshened with new seals and timing chain ect, new clutch pressure plate flywheel resurfaced, new transmission, new u joints throughout, new brake system, new electrical throughout, new cooling system, new fuel system with new tank, new shocks, tires, body mounts, gauges, interior and exhaust so...what the hell is $200 more dollars. I never want to have to take this truck apart again and i know the mount would come back in bite me 4 years from now.
