Your SMART girl-friend (keep her around) said something about "standing out", making yourself one-up on other applicants. if that means getting another degree, then so be it. But you're also standing out by working for your family. Odds are they'd hire you over Joe Blow off the street, so right there you stand out. I would never stop learning, reaching for more education. (This from a guy that took 14 years to get a B.S. and am on the 20-year tract for a M.S.!) More education can't hurt so, as others have suggested, look into evening classes and start with one class at a time. That's how I did it (Army career) but just keep plugging away! Good luck with whichever route you take!
