Steering Wheel shaft size

I purchased a steering box with shaft. I was told it had a 3/4" tapered shaft with key slot. After delivery it has a 7/8" tapered shaft with 13/16X20 threaded end. Since this does not fit my original wheel, I am wondering if it is the size used on Power Wagons. If it is, does anyone have a wheel for sale. Any condition would be fine. I have restored the 3/4" wheel in place already. I purchased another wheel with a 3/4" shaft but this one is splined so it also will not work.
