AC on Flathead SiX

looking through the archives i couldn't find much about AC on a power wagon flathead six. Anyone done this and how easily? obviously the pully for the compressor would need to match and use the same belt system. Also you would have to build some brackets for the compressor. find a place for the dryer, condenser, and other garb. To me its doesnt sound too bad but it would rob horsepower from a already low hp engine.
