That's what I used last time. Seems like the appropriate grease. But, graphite grease is probably just as good.
I think speedometer cables operate in a fairly benign environment compared to most things on a truck needing lubricant.
Probably the most important qualities are lubricants that don't gum up the cable or become too viscous with cold and are compatible with the previous grease.
