You're right, I don't think I've seen any for sale. Probably because they are often missing on salvage trucks or the salvagers don't thing anybody will want them.
I would contact that guy in Colorado who salvages Power Wagons and sells the parts on Ebay. I think his screen name is "Battle Wagons".
I'll bet VPW has them sitting around on their parts trucks. VPW is more than happy to sell you used parts not listed in their catalog.
