Johnny Carson used to often have an interesting old guy (in his 80's, I think) as a guest.
One night Johnny said, "I don't mean to pry, but do you still..........?"
The wise gentleman paused a moment with a wistful look in his eyes and said, "Johnny, at my age,..... sex is just a pleasant memory". Everybody had a good laugh.
A good life is about balance. But, when I see young guys with a nice wife and young kids stretching financially to buy a rust bucket which will never fully reward them for all the time, money and effort they put in it, I have to think their time would be better spent elsewhere.
There's room for many things in your life. But, as another wise man once said, "Moderation in everything"
You can bet If a gal 33 years younger than me came over to see me, I would drop the wrenches.
