Radial Tubes and Flaps

Who sells the radial tubes and flaps to mount the 11.00R16 Michelin tires on the 9.00x16 rims? I have gotten them from International Tube and Tire in the past, but it looks like they are out of business. A law firm is at their old number and the 800 number is no good any more.

I ordered a set from Universal Vintage Tire. They sent me 9.00R16 tubes and 9x16 bias ply flaps. Talked to Eric there and he said guys are using the 9.00R16 tubes, but I'd rather get the 10/11.00R16 tubes that used to be available through International T&T. He also said they don't carry a radial flap for the 11.00R16. He would like to get some also. BTW, he is a PW guy. Owns a 1953.
