1941 Wc 12

Fleabag here, picked up a new truck and wanted to know some things. Truck has 6volt system, can I use the amp gauge and fuel gauge if I go to 12 volt? I sold our cabin in the woods and moved in town, I sold the 6x6 seeing it needed lots more work "body and paint" and I now have just a 2 car garage and that was not going to work. The truck I bought is just fine to me the way it set's now. Fleabag!!
