Tool Recommendation...

Ok, I need a cut off tool to remove these angle brackets that were welded to the corner of the bed sides. I'll also need it to remove some bolt heads.

I don't currently own a grinder/cut off tool (actually I have a dremel, but that is for small stuff). I'm looking for some recommendations on type(electric/air), size, brand, model, etc. My compressor is a 30gal., so not a lot of available air. This makes me lean toward an electric model.

Should I buy quality or Harbor Freight? Let me know your thoughts!
