The serial number will start with a 9, not 8 like US M37s. As mentioned, the trans and PTO are Acme T98, reverse is right and forward. CDN trucks all had the 251 and hard tops. CDN M37s were built by Chrysler Canada in Windsor Ontario, probably with parts sourced from the US and Canada.
