use four tapered chisels or splitting wedges. Put the wedges in on all sides to counter any side strain that will break things. Tap them in evenly, you can tell by the sound when you tap on them. Heat the area around the long bolts after you have some pull on them, let it cool and reheat, may take several cycles. When you get the manifold out far enough, insert a hacksaw blade between the block and manifold and cut off the bolts being careful not to hack up the block.
