Sounds to me like prying the manifold off is all thats left to do. All the Studs have the nuts removed including the one underneath, Now on my manifold there are two bolts long bolts that run though the exhaust manifold. The heads were corroded so i simply worked the bit size up until the heads fell off. Now that the heads are no longer there it is acting more like a stud (since the heads have now been removed.) The bolt are now flush with the manifold because the bolts are missing there heads. Sounds to me that the bolts are adhered to the manifold via rust and heat but nothing that wont pry off. I will try busting the gasket loose with puddy knifes and use a 2 X 4 to break it loose. like i said the because the two bolts with missing heads seem to be the resistance because they are some how adhered to the hole that the long two studs would normally feed through ill have to just beat it into submission! lol =) Cheers
