You have nothing to lose i would try heating them up with a torch ,go ahead and try if you break them off you can tap them out your self or meet me half way from your house at my ranch and i will weld nuts on them for you let me know if i can help , sears makes a small fit all soc-it that will grab that messed up bolt,the machinist cant do anything till intake is removed any way ,
